I use it all the time on Emirates,the trick is to fold it and put it in its bag before the final boarding stage. It takes the place of 1 carry on. All the airlines should accept it as it is IATA approved and you can check it on their website.
We did just come back from 2 weeks ago from a long vacation and she started a new nursery around 10 days ago . I never thought it would affect her that much
