Thanks Emad75 it is a case of trying to delay what we would have to do the next year anyway. I feel lucky to have been offered the place it's just I have also read opinions saying they would steer clear of gems managed schools and that the class sizes are large in comparison to some other highly rated schools.
Well we have to decide on Sunday and I am sure we will accept and hopefully all the worrying will have been in vain.
Thanks ilovewine, it's very difficult to know what to do and so much pressure is put onto us that if FS1 is missed FS2 will be impossible to get into. It's good to know your friends found places easily however I know if I don't take this spot now I am unlikely to be offered FS2 in the future by JPS. The fee structure is fair and the reputation is good it's the whole toilet and getting changed independently I have a concern about as she will literally have just turned 3. I am hoping to get a post from someone who's child is in FS1 and see how they have coped with it.
Hi Mums, we have been offered a place for our daughter at JPS for Sept 2015, she is an August baby so will be youngest in the year and the 7.30 start is a worry too. Very stressed as I know if I keep her in nursery for FS1 she will miss out as FS 2 in most schools is so hard to get. Any thoughts or experiences of JPS would be welcome. Thanks.
