Thanks for this. I still want to deliver at City Hospital but feel exactly the same - like I am just the next patient on the list. No personal touches at all and rushed appointments with little details. I think I will try a doctor at HealthBay Polyclinic next week and see how it compares. (It wasnt Dr Ibrahim by the way!) Thank you for this. Ive actually just booked at HealthBay Polyclinic but with another doctor Ive been recommended so will try him if it doesnt go well. It wasnt him I was unhappy with at City. Not sure whether it is just me, but I felt like one in one out, rushed and dismissed etc which was quite unnerving especially as I am a first time Mum and wanted some answers to a few questions which I thought were reasonable. I know people have different experiences so dont want to bad mouth a doctor!

I have two long haired persians and they are fine - they are indoor cats though and don't take a step outside. Both are long haired but i make sure the AC is on and they are perfectly happy. I didn't want a long haired cat to cut all the hair off :P

I live there too and get the same answer every time. I LOVE our place but i wish we could access the pool/gym and get some shops as i am fed up having to go to shoreline :P

I am having a similar problem - found it much easier to make friends in Bahrain where i lived prior to coming here. Have been here for nearly 3 months now and am struggling - have joined a ladies gym, go horseriding twice a week and have been to a couple of coffee mornings, but that is about it. I am late twenties, married with no kids yet. My husband doesnt enjoy socialising too much with work colleagues aside from dinner occasionally and is travelling quite a lot.
