Hi, I'm looking to foster a dog and would love to see a picture. Could you email it to me at mrs dot nicolahall at live dot co dot uk Would be happy to take one on asap. I already have a 6 month old german shepherd *****, so we'd need to make sure that they get on. Is it house trained?? Nickie

Hi Muurtje/Dilys, Happy to meet with you. We've moved in now... the garden is still sand, but Coco loves running around and digging in it. Would be good to give her a play date, I feel bad that she has no one to play with here. Please email me on mrs dot nicolahall at live dot co dot uk to make arrangements. I work full time, but my husband is home at the moment. Would be good to have play dates in the evenings or weekends so i get to see her having some fun and we'll make it at a time of day which is cooler. Speak to you soon hopefully Nicola

hi, I relocated my pet out here without using an agency, so i'm sure you must be able to do the same back to the UK. I would imagine the MOEW would need to issue an export certificate, you would need to get your vets in the UAE to complete it and do a final check up... then contact the Embassay in the UK and ask who you need to contact to arrange an import form. There are a few airlines that fly pets, Virgin, Emirates and KLM are the ones I know of, you can call them directly and ask for a quote (you will need the size of the crate to hand). I am just assuming this is the process as this is what I did when i arranged the import of my dog to Dubai. Kind regards, Nicola

Hi Penny/Muurtje, I have just moved to Dubai from the UK and have a puppy German shepherd (6 months old). We used to take her to socialisation classes at home and she just loves to play with other dogs. Have you managed to arrange a play date yet??? If so, are other dogs welcome?? :) If you haven't, I'm just about to move to the Jumeirah Village Triangle and they have fairly large gardens there, so i would be happy to host a play date. Hope to speak to you both soon.. Nicola

Hi DDdubai, Did you manage to find anything?? I've just relocated here with my puppy (6 months old) German Shepherd. We attended dog socialisation classes in the UK and she loves playing with other dogs. I'm just about to move to the Jumeirah Village Triangle, which is just around the corner from you. Would be happy to meet up with you there and give our dogs some play time!! Alternatively, the gardens in JVT are quite big, so i'd be happy to host a doggie get together there... gives them somewhere to run around off the lead. Nicola

Hi Sal, I've just relocated here from the UK and have a crate to sell. It was big enough to home a 6 month old German Shepherd and is classed as Extra Large. Let me know if you haven't found one yet. Kind regards, Nicola
