Ellie - see the other thread on the pay for the director of operations - they are paying them @$1000 dollars a day - so$5000 per week - you can do the rest of the math. Obviously you are a nurse practitioner with a masters degree so you should be up around that mark. Also note they advertise that they give doctors business class when flying them over - as an NP you should get this as well for your yearly flights. Good luck!!

Hi, I had seen a lot of postings about sidra and their pay scale when they were hiring a couple of years ago. Now they are hiring more people - a couple of thousand in the next year. So in case you kow anyone who is in interested please see below. Their external recruiter had a Director of Operations six month position posted in January 2017 and I thought that I would share the salary - which included accommodation. The recruiter - Ardlinn in Ireland emailed my friend that "the daily rate likely to be offered for this role is between QAR 3,000 – QAR 3,500, which at yesterday’s rates was c. US$ 824 – US$ 961". So that is the per day rates for anyone wanting to apply to Sidra for a Director of Operations role in case you have some friends who are interested in working at Sidra. It sounds like they pay really good.
