Hi ladies, I have a bunch of clothes, blankets, toys etc that my kids have outgrown and I would like to donate. Does anyone know of an organization etc where I can drop the items off? Thanks :)

Hi, My daughter was diagnosed with Childhood Apraxia of Speech, also known as dyspraxia when she was around 2 years old. She was on top of every other milestone but lacking in speech. She couldn't even make the sounds with her mouth and tongue to form words. It was extremely stressful and upsetting! We did a very intensive speech therapy program (hour long therapy 3x per week and I integrated speech exercises into every part of her day) with an excellent speech therapist in Dubai (who unfortunately is no longer working at the center where my daughter received her therapy). I am happy to say that today, 3 years later, her speech is age appropriate and no one believes she ever had a problem. I am a big believer in early intervention. The sooner you get him help, the better (if he does indeed need it). Sometimes kids don't catch up on their own and can end up having a severe impediment because they did not receive speech therapy early on. Good luck! :)

We just bought a filing cabinet from IKEA and I cannot find file folders anywhere! Ikea, Hyperpanda, Daiso...etc. Has anyone seen or purchased them anywhere in Dubai?? Thanks!! :)

Hi, I recently went on a trip to KL and bought a painting done on cloth fabric. I'd like to get it framed, along with a couple of other items I have. Does anyone know of a place where I can get these sorts of things framed? Decent prices?? Thanks!
