I second Queens Laundry...They are more expensive than your regular cleaners but totally worth it....I haven't tried giving them a wedding dress yet but I always see a lot of wedding dresses there when I pick up/drop off my laundry. I asked how much it would cost for my sister's wedding dress and they said 600AED upwards depending on the beading/size. They are open from 8-1 and 4-9. They will not try to clean it if they don't think they can so they won't ruin your dress.
