You will need to appoint a lawyer and sign to him Power of Attorney to represent you, then he can have your contract legally enforced if he is still a resident in the UAE.

Thanks Mahr and if he does not have a visa either? I know he still lives in Dubai and is a partner of a company in Dubai but he does not have a residence visa as far as I know unless he got one through the company he owns.

Hi, I work for a Saudi company but I am not actually based there, they have made several employees redundant after 7 years and unfortunately they are refusing to pay us end of service benefits even though our salaries are paid by this Saudi company. How do I pursue or file a case with the Saudi labour office if I do not live in Saudi Arabia or is it better to hire an affordable lawyer who would help me pursue this. Can anyone recommend what I should do or recommend a lawyer that would be able to help? TIA.

Does anyone know a company or someone that arranges to sell brand new items of clothing and shoes, the items are just high street brands not designer brands but are either brand new or worn once/twice. Most of the facebook pages where you can advertise clothes prefer designer brands. I have had a big clearout of my wardrobes and have given away alot of second hand used clothes that were still in good condition but the items that have never or hardly been worn I would like to try and sell. Someone told me about a lady in Dubai that takes all of your clothes and sells them at flea markets and you pay her a fee to do this, anyone know of this person or her contact details?
