I wasn't thinking about toast until now!!! I miss my chilled white wine and for some odd reason I am craving coffee.....I don't drink coffee! Day 4 and 5lbs down. Day 3 was tough as I just felt like eating all day.....today my hunger has definitely subsided and am not thinking about food as much (apart from wine and coffee!). Am sick of steamed chicken......I have made some of the book's marinade recipes for beef and they are delish (and simple to prepare). Has anyone done more than 5 days on 'Attack'?

I did this last year....you would probably be better off and would probably be safer flying home and doing it there as it can be done in 4-5 days. If you do it from here, you need the forms which are available at the Irish Tourist office - think its in the Monarch hotel. These forms are different to the ones you would use if you were in the country. You are supposed to send all documentation to the embassy in Saudi......takes up to 2 weeks to process. My issue with this is courier companies do not accept 'passports' for delivery and the consulate in Abu Dhabi does not offer a facility to send in diplomatic postal pouch.......you could chance it with a courier company but I didn't want to take the risk....mainly because the embassy in Saudi did not pick up the phone or respond to emails! Started the attack yesterday and 2lbs gone this morning! Planning a 5 day attack and then alternate days of P/PV. Felt tired yesterday afternoon but by evening time was feeling better. Ladies, how are the rest of you getting on? Your stories and tips are great motivation...please keep us updated.

How are you ladies getting on? Fresia - you have done amazingly well.....are you exercising too? JS - you are doing fab too. Can we have updates on where you are/how you feel?
