For uncooperative age group /children dental extractions or fillings (if there are multiple teeth involved & in most of such cases) dentist would advise the same procedures/fillings/extractions to be done under sedation. Apart from the regular procedure charges there will be the sedation charges, maybe ward charges as well as the child has to recover from the sedation ,etc. The charges will vary depending on the number of teeth, x-rays if any etc.Check with your dentist if they have any packages (in case you dont have insurance) Just enquire with your dentist the pre & post things to be taken care of -do & donts, what to feed the child before, after the procedure etc. Hope this will go fine.

i would say go by ur gut instincts..if you feel something is not right then its not right. most of the maids have the same story to tell ...no pay , ill treated , many family members to support back hom etc etc ... once we are away the true colours come out ...thats what i have been hearing. so either you remove her from work or u have to be strict with her and warn her so that she knows what her limits are. Getting a good maid is a tough job..Though you have to be nice , but not so nice that they start controlling your lifeand you have sleepless nights worrying.... Hope u'll find a resolution soon.

Pre existing conditions are normally covered if you apply for insurance as a group for eg: companies when they take insurance for the employees. However when you take individual insurance example in your case - for yourself & your family, then there are certain things which gets covered or not covered (like pre existing condition for example - Either the insurance company will add additional premium and cover it or they might not cover anything related to the condition at all or there maybe a waiting period ( a time frame where anything related to the conditions will not be payable) This will vary from company to company and policy to policy. I would say you get a quote from different companies here in dubai- there are local ones & international ones and ask them specifics and give them your requirement. Maybe there will be someone who will provide cover based on your condition.Try : http://www.doctor-dubai.com/InsuranceCompaniesDubai.asp?page=1 for a list of companies here . Cheers
