Do any of you know how easy it is to lease a 3 bed apartment in Ghoroob please? Went to leasing office today and they said until the next block is released they can't show me a 3 bed apartment (just the showhome). Apparently when the block is released, the 3 beds go like hotcakes! Please reply and let me know your experience in securing a 3 bed apartment?

So to those who live in Ghoroob can any of you tell me how easy is it to lease a 3 bed apartment? It seems I have to wait until a block is released and then the 3 beds go like hot cakes - does anyone have any tips on how to secure a 3 bed?
