I really hope this doesn't happen!! 1) yes we have to get up early but it's much better to have them home early than getting home at 5pm! 2) it would mean break times are then later so they will be outside during more intense heat/sun 3) I have no idea how this would work with parents who drop off on the way to work. If all of those parents shift their working hours to 9/9.30 am it will result in the same amount of traffic except from now being at 7.30am it will be at 9. OR there will be more buses on the roads as those parents would now have to use buses! People who then don't start work til 9.30 (that's nearly lunch time!!) would then have to work much later. :( I hope it is one of those things that is thrown out there and then never mentioned again!!! :) <em>edited by Tattie Bogle on 17/05/2013</em>

all the camps are good, DHC, ActiveSports, etc. They normally all do something like; bouncy castle, dodgeball, swimming, 2 x snack breaks, a craft hour and another exercise (football/tennis etc), some drama, competitions etc. that pretty much takes up the 5-6 hours. Great for a bit of exercise every day and they mix up the activities every day so they are doing different things. Not sure about 3 yrs though, depending if your LO is nearly 4 it might be ok, otherwise I think probably a camp at a nursery would be better (lots of them run all year). Probably a bit more catered to the little ones.

Had a friend who completely cured herself of CFS by going completely gluten free and no alcohol etc. It took 6 months or so but now she is fine. So much so that another friend who has had it for 20 yrs is now following suit!

Who's in for a weekly weigh in? I need motivation and shaming. :( Tuesdays are good as then you get a couple of days after the weekend :-p Let's say for 5 weeks starting today? Mine today is 65.5 (gasp) and goal weight is 60. Target for next Tuesday: 64.5

I do make 95% of our meals from scratch, but heck yes a ready meal is a good once in a while. Was it mashed potato, yup, was it good, yup, do I feel bad about it, nope - and am I ready to be hung drawn and EW quartered.....yup... :D

yes that was around the time I felt the quake....strange no one else felt it Some people are definitely more sensitive to things like this. It must be all inner ear/balance related. Some people even feel them a few hours before they happen.

I really felt dizzy/like there was one last night at 8 or 9pm and I think there was in Iran, but not a big one. It's quite odd that we are feeling the smaller ones! Wonder if they are deeper down or something that means we feel them here. It would be interesting to hear about how all of your animals react to these!

Just pick up 25 outfits in the first shop and take them in to the changing room. Take ages trying on each one and coming out and parading up and down in each outfit for ten minutes. That should soon get him on his way home ;)
