I noticed this post and i thought i'd add alittle as Im 4 months post breast surgery... I had mine done with Dr Micheal Salivaras, a brazillian doctor at AACSH and I have to say i couldnt be happier with the results. As a doctor i found him extremely helpful, he discussed all the possibilities that i could have with my frame and body size in regards to size, incision location and over/under the muscle and advised me of what he thought but left the decision up to me. He has quite a relaxed (ive been doing this for years) kind of attitude which I loved and really helped me relax especially on surgery day - I mean as much as i wanted to do it I was super nervous.
The clinic (AACSH) in healthcare city is really top notch, the decor is abit on the arabic side :) hehe, but other than that its fantastic. The nurses are lovely, friendly and really do takecare of you during the first night of recovery which they recommend you stay in the clinic. It cost me 27,000 AED for the surgery in total but then with the creams, support bra and medication / antibiotics after the surgery id say all together I spent about 30,000 AED and worth every penny!! :D
