I'm not sure if all Kodak stores offer this service but I did see it advertised in the MCC branch but it was a while ago.

OK then as everyone seems to be recommending BioSculpture Gel :) How much and where can I get it done please? I need something that will last at least three weeks as I will be incapacitated for roughly this length of time. edited by Geordie expat on 09/07/2014 The Nail Spa use Biosculpture Gel. I'm not sure which location would suit you but this link should show all of the locations. http://www.thenailspa.com/maps.pdf Sorry I dont remember the price. I've been using The Nail Spa for year, they are a little more expensive but I find the quality and service much better than other salons so don't mind paying a little extra. I don't think you will have any issues with it lasting 3 weeks and you can always add another clear top coat after 2 weeks to make them shiney again. <em>edited by Yorky on 09/07/2014</em>

Jamie's Italian at JBH is a nice restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The food and drinks are good too so might suit all of your group.

Biosculpture gel is much kinder to your nails. I use it all the time and my nails are in very good condition. When I used Gellish I had to have regular breaks as it made my nails very thin.

I have a pair of white sandals with small heels (2 inch max) that I bought for my wedding but didn't wear as I went for flat sandals in the end. I also have a beautiful veil, I know you said you didn't want a veil but this is a clip in one so doesn't cover the full head. If you are interested let me know.

Last time I went for a check up at Nicholas and Asp (Marina branch) I saw a lovely British lady. Sorry I can't remember her name but I'm sure they will help if you give them a call. Sometimes they work in more than one branch.

All of the golf clubs offer private lessons for beginners, some also offer group lessons which will help you meet people who are also just starting to learn. As Basil says it depends where you live. There are so many golf clubs that I would be looking at the ones which are easiest to get to, especially if you intend to practice several times per week.

Would love to hear recent feedback from anyone that has stayed. The reviews are very mixed on trip advisor so hoping for more positive feedback before booking. They have promotions on until September so just a little worried if they can handle full occupancy during the new opening period.

Thanks. Actually I asked in my local Kodak store but they said that none of their stores have any. Have you actually seen stocks in the Kodaks near you? That's strange, I'm sure we have purchased from them in the past and they print in store onto photographic paper. Another option could be the big Sharaf DG at Times Square or even Geant in the stationery section.

We've decided to buy the package, record the match and get up early and watch it - and go to work a bit late :) so not missing out on sleep Good idea :) Of course avoiding all media before we watch too - so no newspapers or radio! and don't log into EW!!

If I were in the least bit interested, I'd be at the Reform in the Lakes tomorrow night. Their food is fab and they've set up an air-conditioned tent for all you soccer fans. Welcome and service excellent. (No, I'm not in their pay! Just a satisfied customer, so glad it's changed from the old Lakes Club format!) If I lived in that area, they would be my first option! ;) But too far to come home after a 2am kick off! Are you working on Sunday? I am gutted I cannot watch Englands first game but there is no way I can wtach the match and go to work the same day.....if I was a bit younger I might have considered it!

None in the blue book, they usually only come in the pink body book. There are a few different ones this year but unfortunately not Jebel Ali which has been in for the past few years.

I am so happy to hear I am not the only one!!!! I even wrote an email to The Entertainer customer service telling them how unhappy I am about their lack of information on their vouchers. No where on the voucher does it state these exceptions! It happened to me at that same lebanese restaurant in MOE, and it happened to me at Arboretum in Al Qasr. Of course The Entertainer customer service NEVER responded to me which was really irritating! That's unusual, I have contacted their customer service team several times for different reasons and always got a response within a few days, sometimes within a few hours.

Can a friend use one of my member offer vouchers? I have noticed when you print them, it prints with your name and because I have not used any of these member offer vouchers, would they ask for an ID? Strictly speaking they shouldn't, however when I have used member offers and printed the vouchers I have never been asked for ID to verify the name.

I think Maison Mathis at Arabian Ranches were advertising baby showers on their Facebook page recently? Might be worth contacting them to see if they offer a set price per person. I know it will be too hot for the children to use the outdoor play area but they do have a childrens section inside. I've seen groups there for birthdays and they have brought in their own decorations.

Silvstet, are the outlets meant to work for home delivery too? I always thought they were only good for eating in (unless it stated take-away) so have always paid full price for delivery. I feel cheated! There are very few places that accept vouchers for home delivery, if they do it usually states on the voucher. I've used them in the past but only ever one at a time so if you intend to use multiple vouchers I would check whilst placing the order.

Agree Food on Click is a good place to start as you can list all of the places that deliver to your area. I use this site but try to make sure we only order from the places close by as some offer to deliver from the other side of the city so I imagine not very good once it arrives. What type of food do you like? We like Al Arab, NKD, Curry Box....all available for Motor City

I know you have stated mid range but it would be helpful if you mention a specific budget. If you search on Booking.com or Agoda.com you should be able to filter by price. If they don't need a hotel there are quite a few serviced apartments available in the areas mentioned that might work out cheaper.

Thanks ladies, my hair constantly seems frizzy even when i wash and straighten it. Was hoping one of these treatments might "calm" it a little :) Horizonmum could you please let me know the details of your place is satwa I wash my hair everyday and prior to Kerastraight I would straighten it everyday also. All that combined with the water and humidity here left me feeling like I constantly battled with frizzy hair. I can honestly say the only time I now use straightening irons is when the Kerastraight is ready for a new application and I am going out and want a really smooth finish. I still wash and dry my hair each day and it still looks good after a quick blow dry. Even when I am in a rush and leave it a little damp it doesn't frizz up.

Did any of you notice a difference in the condition of your hair? Mine is very damaged and curious if this will make it worse or help I've been using Kerastraight for a couple of years and my hair is in great condition. If you are looking for poker straight hair maybe its not the right treatment but it makes mine straighter, but more importantly its much more manageable.

It was the same 'free seating' at the Al Murray concert. You are shown to the area relating to the ticket you have booked (For this concert I think there are three sections, VIP, premium and regular). You then have to take the first available seats starting from the front of that section. I asume if you arrived very early they may allow you to select certain seats but once it starts getting busy they were quick to show people where to sit. I didn't notice any problems with people changing seats during the interval so hopefully this one will be okay too.

Both of these offer gluten free options http://www.casseroleonline.com http://www.kcalhealthyfastfood.com I would recommend you researching online what meals suit you as a family. You may find many of your usual meals can still be had by just substituting a few ingredience. No need into panicing into having a cook just adapt your ingredience when cooking and it's always a good idea to cook in batches and freeze to save time when we are busy!

Debenhams occasionally have them.....can't remember exactly but think its The Collection range. I struggle buying smart trousers here, always too long or don't fit right. Gap have nice fitting but are way too long so I usually have them taken up. If you are comfortable buying a size from a certain store there is always shop and ship :)

Another option for those who haven't sent off their passports and intend to go back to the UK this summer is to book an appointment in the UK for the premium 1 day service. You can only book two or three weeks in advance and it depends if you have the time to visit one of the offices but it would save the stress of not knowing if you can travel or not. I think there is also an express service which processes and couriers back to a UK address within 7 days. but childs passports apparently now cannot be renewed in 4 hours etc I was referring to an adult passport, I have no idea about renewing a child's passport.

There is a car park opposite the Oasis Tower which is chargeable, possibly 10 dhs. an hour. The area that used to be used for parking by the Hilton has gone but there is an underground car park just after the Hilton, that too is chargeable. At the Sheraton end there is another underground park, which I would imagine is also chargeable. Did see 20 dhs. an hour and presume that still applies. I think that if you pay to use the underground parks, and then use the new Beach Mall facilities, parking will be free so long as you get your receipt stamped. Don't know if that would be the case if you were using the restaurants/cafes on the other side of the road. People do park in the spaces on the Walk but they are few and far between. Thanks, at least I know there is parking available. I haven't taken the car down there for such a long time (since they closed the free parking by the Hilton), which is okay if you are have a meal and drink at that side of town but not worth getting a taxi when you just want to have a coffee or breakfast.

If it's for a UK passport make sure it's on a light grey background. I had mine done here in a Kodak store, explained what they were for and they were rejected at the passport office because the background was too light.
