take care when giving negative feedback about companies in uae - theres laws surrounding it. have you spoken to someone in a senior position there?? manager? p.s... how can false eyelashes been...
I asked to speak to a senior manager every day for ten days, and noone bothered to call back. Today, I got lucky and managed to speak to one It seemed like a really cool product (https://www.lashfx-magnetise.com/product/gigi-magnetise/) where the fake lashes are attached to your eyelashes with magnets (one on the top and one on the bottom). Unfortunately, I opened the packet too late and noticed that the magnet was removed from the lashes. Didn't get a chance to even try them. And I spent AED 100 on the lashes. That's not cheap. I'm not angry because of the product - defective products exist! mistakes happen during shipping, etc. things get damaged, its fine. My concern is that they avoided calling me back for ten days, and in the end used the excuse of "7 day policy". I have been a loyal customer for many, many, years. The least they could do is apologize and offer some sort of reimbursement. Also this is the first time I ever complain about a company, in my 25 years in Dubai.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was a loyal customer at Sisters for many, many years. They sold me a defective Magnetic "GiGi" eyelash.. I trusted the team, so never checked the product. When I came back a few days after the "allowed exchange period" (I was out of the country and couldnt come back sooner), they refused to return the lashes/ refund them/ offer any sort of compensation. Mind you, the lashes were REALLY expensive. Terrible. Is this how you treat a loyal customer of many years? Sell them defective products and then refuse to help them out in the end??? I will never visit another sisters again. PS. An ex-loyal customer.
