We’ve entered a new month in Dubai which means a new calendar full of things to look forward to in the city. As we can’t wait to welcome in Ramadan, celebrate Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding and visit Dubai’s latest attraction –a new waterpark in La Mer.

Karlie Kloss, Ellie Goulding and their celebrity clique have given us some serious wanderlust after their recent trip together to Jordan. The supermodel and singer were joined by royals Princess Beatrice and Prince Hussein of Jordan, as well as designer Misha NoNoo for a star-studded holiday in the Middle Eastern destination.

Dubai is known for its many glamourous and luxurious hotels, however the city’s latest five-star tourist attraction is a little more unique! The newly renovated Queen Elizabeth 2 ship is now a floating hotel in Dubai which is permanently docked at Mina Rashid and opens on 18th April 2018, although the grand launch is not until October.

Over the weekend Dubai was at the centre of the art world as Art Dubai welcomed art lovers, galleries, curators and creatives from across the globe. The Madinat Jumeirah was taken over by international talent as themes of diversity and technology were prominent during Art Dubai 2018, with the Middle East’s art scene flourishing once more.

The region’s largest annual art fair has returned for its 12th edition at the Madinat Jumeriah, but don’t worry you haven’t missed it as Art Dubai 2018 will continue to take place over the weekend from the 22nd to 24th March.

The United Arab Emirates missed out on the top 10 world’s happiest countries for 2018, as the Gulf nation ranked 20th out of 156 countries. But, it was the happiest country in the Middle East, scoring the most positively in the Arab world with high levels of happiness. Still, who took the top spot?!
