Sorry, but with that budget it's going to be a struggle for a 4-5 bedroom. Take in to consideration rental prices are going up quickly as demand increases. I would try if possible driving around Gharaffa to ask at the compounds about availability, but my feeling is this are is going to be more and more popular as its very close to Education city and Sidra. Good luck with your search

Hi there. You won't find a compound that's very close to Sherborne School and not that many options with your budget I'm afraid. Try Al Rehab in Gharaffa, or some of the smaller Al Waab compounds like Villa D'Este. Also try Colosseum Village in Muaither, they are all drivable to Sherborne. If you can extend your budget, you could try Al Fardan 2 or 5, or Beverley Hills Al Rayyan.
