Hi all! I did a search for this and it only came back with Dubai threads unfortunately, but does anyone know where I can get a steam mop/cleaner here in Doha? My mom has one back home (I think it is a Shark brand) and it works absolutely amazing! I really don't want to buy one and carry it back on the plane next time im home, but I have not been able to find one here. Anyone seen or know of places that carry something like this??

Lakeland is coming!! Yippee - I only discovered this store late last year in Dubai while visiting. They have zippered mesh bags that I use for storing vegetables (they're supposed to be used while grocery shopping to reduce plastic bag use, but until they start weighing things at the cash register here, I doubt if they'd be allowed)

Answering all Lakeland questions this morning.... You will be able to buy a steam mop from Lakeland which opens mid February in city centre mall, they are great and make a huge difference to cleaning tiled, vinyl and wood floors etc Least you know it's going to work as all items Lakeland sell go through lots of kitchen and home tests by the buyers to ensure the products is worthy of selling under the Lakeland brand. Electrical items out here are a bit touch and go, I can inhale stronger than my Hoovers suction and the kettle we have is like waiting for a pan to boil on the stove. I actually got my mum to bring our iron out when she came in December (which was also from lakeland!) because the one we had here was so rubbish.
