husband has an offer in Qatar and the contract has been signed by the company. now they are requesting passport copy and pics and a date to enter the country on a working visa, since it is not allowed anymore to start a new job on a visit visa.
meanwhile, he has a potential job offer in Abu Dhabi, which is more interesting for his career. but it will take another 2 weeks to be approved/rejected.
if they start processing his visa in Qatar, can he quit while in probation? would he be banned or require a noc (while in probation) to go back to the UAE?
PS: he can no longer hold on without risking to loose the offer in Qatar!
