Description Large 5 bed villa on a medium sized compound with very good facilities. Compound has a very good gym as well as a studio with some gym classes running. Tennis court Basketball court Small outdoor playground Small indoor play area for kids Pool table room Sauna Jacuzzi and Steam Room A very nice club house with TV and restaurant Computer room with internet The villa is 5 large bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and the other 2 share a main bathroom. The villa is set over 3 floors. Large kitchen. Semi furnished including a/c and white goods. Free maintenance We are leaving because my husbands job has changed location but have loved our time here, as have our kids who enjoy riding around the compound with all their friends! we will be moving out end of April and as we are breaking our 12 month contract we have to find the new tenants ourselves.
