we are four expat ladies and looking for a 5th clean, tidy female housemate of similair habits to share a spacious villa located in a compound next to dar al salam mall (Abu Hamour) (with easy access to carrefour). the compound has a social club equipped with gym and table tennis. there is also a swimming pool next to the basket court. contract will start on march 5 and the ground floor room will be available for viewing from march 1st. villa is currently semifurnished (kitchen appliances, diswasher, washing machine and dryer are available) and will be decorated as we go. your room will have its own built-in wardrobe and you only need to purchase your bed and decorate according to your taste.
the rent will be 3100 qar EXCLUDING the utilities.
