Sorry to confuse! I read and replied to the thread on my iPhone and didn't realise it was a Qatar thread. My apologies. However, I would guess that what I have said about Calpol being discontinued is the same in Qatar if it ever existed! Definitely no more Calpol in Dubai :-(

Calpol has been discontinued. I'm also very disappointed as it was the only paracetamol my kids took willingly. It has been replaced by Panadol for kids which doesn't taste exactly the same but my daughter did still take it. Having said all this Life Care pharmacy still had a huge stock of Calpol a few weeks ago, but the pharmacist did confirm it had been discontinued. Sorry Super Care pharmacy not Life Care. I don't think you can get calpol here. Try mixing the stuff you have with fruit puree and give by syringe into the inside cheek, you can go to emergency at al ahli and get suppositories if need be just take your passport.

Morning everyone..bit of an emergency. My 4 yr old has a high fever and I can't find any calpol (under 6). I have some other paracetemol for children but he won't take it. Does anyone know where I can get calpol please???? Also we don't have our RP yet or our BUPA cards so if I need to take him to a doctor what do I do? Thanks! xx
