Yes I do know that Virgin uses Qtel services but Virgin bills independently to Qtel and the billing has been one of the main problems I have had with Qtel, plus I've heard they offer pretty good packages. Just want to know if they are better organised and more reliable.

I'm not sure, but did you know they're a part of Qtel? Their services are probably on par with them. There was a bit of a ruckus when they first entered the market, because Qtel tried to pretend in their marketing that a new independent operator had entered the country.
