I don't mean where is the service, but the actual title of the people who give (or in many cases don't give) the service. Al Ahli has "guest services coordinators" or some such thing, since we are not patients there, we are guests. Sure. And I just got off the phone with vodafone, where I learned that they don't have reps either, they have "customer service champions." Really?

Does changing the title change the reality? A rose by any other name and all that...

RachelA, Al Ahli and guest services coordinators ... sigh! I better not get started. I did take the trouble last time I was there to suggest that they change 'Experience Love' to 'If you don't have a good sense of humour, stay away for your own good!' due to the risks of becoming more agitated whilst being at the hospital and the nurse taking your vital signs (?) ending up with a reading of accelerated blood pressure, due to the absolute shamble caused by their appointment system, their cashier, patient's (sorry, guest's file) going missing, the list would be far too long :\: And the ones at Vodafone, which championship was achieved please?
