Paying your utilities

Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation has provided a number of ways to pay utility bills. You will need the following in hand:
 

• Qatari ID

• QGEWC customer ID

• Electricity Number

• Cash/Credit card (Local banks only)

We’ve listed down payment options:
 
1. Via Service Center: Customers will have to visit one of 6 service centers that are open across the country.

a.    You will need to enter your Qatari ID and Electricity Number
b.    The system will generate your bill
c.    Enter credit card details
d.    The site will open to a page confirming your transaction
