Moving with my cat Zany to Kuwait
Hi guys,

One requirement to import your pet to Kuwait is to obtain "Import Permit from the Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAFR)". How can I obtain this permit while being in the US.? I searched about this online but really couldn't find much. Does that mean I need to go to Kuwait and submit all health certificates to obtain the permit?

Do you guys have any thoughts on this? Any advice would help. Thank you.
