I found the same question posted last year - and a reply saying no hire available! But being an optimist(!), hoped things had changed and someone may be able to point me in the right direction.
It's for a friend who has an elderly relative visiting in March/April for a couple of weeks and although she is mobile enough and doesn't need a wheelchair back home, she wanted to see if there was an option of acquiring one as a back up just in case.
