Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone has used or knows of any acupuncturist in Doha. Suffering from terrible pregnancy headaches and heard this might help. As I have never had acupuncture before I haven't a clue what to ask about/look for in terms of seeing whether they are any good! All/any advice welcome!
Thank you

Hi I also had peg headaches. I rubbed tiger balm on temples and stayed away from too much light. My doc also gave me mild childrens zyrtec an anti allergy which helped! Check with doc first and good luck!

Thanks for the information Gina but unfortunately the number doesn't work! I would, and have been, taking panadol but I sturggle to keep them down- convinced it is entirely psychological as can manage to keep most other things down! My sister used physiotherapy for pregnancy headaches- now convinced this is the way forward. Don't suppose anyone can recommend a good physio? As you can probably tell, I would buy quack medicine from pretty much anywhere at this stage (including tiger balm which does, to its credit, provides temporary relief).

Try Liu on 5546 5065 - not sure if she is still around or not. Not sure about accupuncture for headaches either but I guess its worth a try! :) I got bad headaches when I was pregnant too - Dr told me it was fine to take panadol so I did (and my son seems normal! ;) ). Good luck.
