Hi,
I have recently opened a shop n ship account and a package has arrived but I have been told by Aramex that it is being held in customs and I ahve to go to the Aramex offices, pay for the transport and that customs have asked that I collect the items in person...
Firstly - Aramex have said their location is next to Regency Supermarket in Abu Hamour - can anyone give me better details than that?
Also has anyone else had this issue - I feel quite nervous about it! I wouldnt care the package is only sulfate free shampoo so Im not sure why I have to collect in person?
Any advice greatly appreciated!!
