The good/ethical agents will not charge you commission. Try www.nelsonparkproperty.com

You can find agents easily enough by Googling. Be aware that many agents here now charge commission for finding you a place - it varies from half of one month's rent to one and half times. Always ask bc they don't always put it on their websites. It's time consuming, but cruising around the areas you like the look of searching for 'For Rent' signs, is a cheap and effective way to go.

There are still lots of stand alone villas and yes, many of them post signs on the wall with the phone number. I can't help with an agent - you might want to check the Qatar living classifieds of the gulf times classifieds.

Hi Could possibly be moving to Doha and am looking for a villa. Does anyone have a list of real estate agents/companies in Doha or can recommend any agents who deal with stand alone villas. Its been over 20 years since we left Doha and as I recall there were lots of stand alone villas. Now it all seems to be compounds so possibly what I am remembering is no longer there. Is it still possible to drive round and see empty villas with to let signs or is it all done through agents now. I have found some agents online but I am sure that there are others that I have missed. Thanks in advance for any help
