Can anyone provide feedback please? Unfortunately it looks like we may have to move from our present house and we have limited time to do so. Thanks

Yes, it is fairly full but one or two people may have moved on as contracts have ended. I know someone else who moved into a flat recently so there is a bit of movement. The club can get busy at weekends with lots of children in the pool but we tend not to go on Friday. At other times we have it to ourseleves. The gym is almost always empty so I happily pedal and row alone. Maintenance is OK but like many places plumbers and electricians seem to have rather different qualifications from those in my home country! Having said that, all my snags have been put right - nothing major thank goodness. Pest control is regular and the plants at the front are watered by staff on site. The bins are emptied daily. Security guys at the gate are very pleasant. Hope this answers some of your questions. edited by gillian56 on 24/01/2012

Thanks for the replies. gillian56, I have seen Tawar last year when it was new and none of the villas had been rented out (loved the houses by the way) but what I would like to know is if the compound is crowded? It was our concern that due to the large number of apartments within the compound, the clubhouse may become too crowded and maintenance etc would be an issue. I would appreciate if you could give me some feedback on this. I could have been more specific in my first post but I thought I may not even get any response. RachelA, you are right I should check on availablity first thing tomm morn. Thanks again ladies.

I went there in Nov when we were looking for a new place, and was told there was no availability. Hope that's changed...

Hi, It is very convenient for Landmark and West Bay, has an indoor pool, gym, laundry, shop and take-away. There are a mixture of villas and apartments. Villas have a back garden and a patio area. We are quite happy here (though the gym only opens at 8.00 am and I prefer to go earlier). Definitely a good location but the building work going on in the area makes it a bit dusty. edited by gillian56 on 23/01/2012
