Does anyone happen to know the name & email address of the CEO of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank? I have just had the BEST customer service from someone who works there, and I would like to write a letter of commendation regarding him. I complain when service is bad, but equally, I would like to praise when, as in this case, it's more than good.
