Yes it is rather in the middle of nowhere, but seems to have everything we want. My main worry is the fact that the rent cap has been removed in AD and we could actually end up worse off there. Low rents to get people in and then massive rises the following year. <em>edited by Geordie expat on 13/01/2014</em>
