Al Ghadeer - different villa types

Hi can any one give me a quick run down or point me in the right direction on the Al Ghadeer villa types, I see there are 2+1 and 3+1 types, is the floor plan for the 3 and 2 the same or are there other types within these two types - if you see what I mean?! We used to live in Arabian Ranches and they had eg 3m, 2m, 3e, 2e etc. I see there are single rows, and backing on to gardens etc ... it's the floor plans I'm really interested in.
Also are there any to avoid?
