Hi,
After waiting many many years, I've just been told my 2 bed contemporary villa at Al Reef is almost ready.
I was hoping some of you might have info on any fees and charges (maintenance harges if I rent it or handover charges when its done) that I might not know a about yet?
Also any advice or info on getting a mortgage for the final 40% that is due.
Any tips much appreciated :)
