Just collected mine today. Prescription from SEHA, unfortunately they did not have the correct ones in stock, but Al Noor pharmacy did! edited by sewingb on 02/06/2011

I just went through the big search for this in March. You can get the adult Malarone tablets at Sheik Khalifa Medical Center. You need a prescription from your doctor. If you want Malarone Junior for children, the only place to get it is the American Hospital in Dubai, which will only accept prescriptions which they issue themselves, so your children will need to see a pediatrician there first. Malarone Junior does not contain the same strengths of drug combinations as the adult meds, so you can't just cut a pill in half for a child.
