We are thinking of moving to Abu Dhabi, have two boys 16 & 20 yrs old. I would like to find anyone else who has kids traveling backwards and forwards to school to discuss what life is like for transient kids! Thanks Mary.

I loved boarding school, going home always kind of sucked as I didn't have any friends were we lived and after being with friends 24/7 it was difficult. But we used to visit friends at their homes and they used to come and see us... I lived in Spain and Florida, went to school in England. I would love my boys to go to boarding school. My 9 year old is not up for it, 7 year old would love to try! Think we may have to move back to England so they can do a few nights a week to start!

Thanks, good to hear. Any tips on where they can meet others in the city and the sort of activities they were involved in during the holidays? Mary.

Our two sons also did this without problems to here and also another country. They enjoyed it, I think.
