Hi - I can't recommend anywhere in Abu Dhabi, but a friend of mine works in the Dubai Herbal & Treatment centre near the Al Wasl Hospital in Dubai, it does all kinds of things like that I am pretty sure you will find something there. They might also know of somewhere similar in A.D. .......worth asking.
