I want to sell my car and have someone who will buy it. My friend just told me that you have to have 4 months left on the registration otherwise it has to go through a test. Is this true? The car doesn't start so can't go through a test!!
if your car is over 3 years old it needs a test whatever the condition and its got to pass.
My car when I sold it had 6 months left!! it had to go through a test. The new owner then registered it in a different Emirate so it went through another test - yep 2 tests in one day!!!
