Looking for a family friendly compound for a uk family. My eldest child will now most probably be attending al Yasmina Primary School so have been advised to look around in Khalifa City A or B. Would love a large pool and gym. Any suggestions great fully accepted. what budget, to get a place with a pool you are looking at minimum 200k, and it wont be a large pool, sometimes they are only plunge pools. you may find a compound but again they usually charge more for compounds, khalifa oasis was like 160/180 or so. khalifa b is a little cheaper, the houses are usually bigger and not squashed in so much as kca, but its a 5 mins drive to kca and kcb doesnt have any shops as such yet, only in the mosques but there is baniyas mall 5 mins drive, where you have all you need, and there is an emirates general market just across the road 2 min drive.
