I have naturally curly hair and I am wondering if anyone knows of a hair salon or hair dresser in Abu Dhabi who specializes in curly hair or anyone who has curly hair who has gotten a good hair cut.

I don't know about a "curly hair specialist" but I do know a hair dresser that I believe to be the best in town (and both my mother and I have difficult hair). His name is Rafi and he works at Pace e Luce at the Abu Dhabi Shangri-La Hotel tel: 0097125098912 So give him a go and then spread the word if you like your experience.
