What sale !!!!

Saw a sofa set in Home Centre MOE just a few days befoe the sale started DH and I decided we would wait and just see if it was in the sale HAH wrong move !!

We went back and lo and behold it had GONE UP by 500 dirhams !!! How does that work .... what a con !!!!!!

I thought Home Centre has no sale but give you 50 for every 250 you spend because I bought some things on Sunday and nothing was reduced but I got 450 back

That's pretty funny and typical that a sale in dubai means a price increase, the sales here are SO lousy!

How does that work .... what a con !!!!!! yep standard practice here, you have to do your research beforehand ......... years ago the dsf sale was only in dxb, and so everyone would travel up there from ab dabs, at least now you dont normally have to do that so much, depending on what shop you are looking at. like the practice of marking up the item with the wrong price when you get to the till, obviously in the uk they have to sell it at that price, not here
