have a look at my website or facebook group www.doulababyabudhabi.com should give you some idea of what is involved. as to hospital, it hugely depends on where you go to birth your baby. Corniche Hospital are VERY doula friendly.

I was just wondering how having a doula works over here. What does she do and how is she received at the hospitals and all. How much does it cost and is there covered by insurance at all?
