This is my first post. I am quite new here and already have a question :)
I use to have a small dressmaking studio in my home country and would like to continue with my business over here.
I would appreciate any help regarding legal requirements for such kind of business. Can I work as a freelancer or I must have full business set up as a company with local sponsor etc. I did some search on previous posts but it seems like I didn’t find related information.
Thank you in advance for the right directions.

Definitely it is illegal to work as a freelancer from your home. You need to set up your business either in a free zone or with a local Partner (silent). There are many rules and regulations attached to this including visa, business registration, shop etc. Your best idea is to contact the relevant government authority who can guide you through the process correctly.
