Fruit,Nuts and Vegetable fast during Ramadaan
Hi there! I decided to start my own fast during Ramadaan...eating only fruit,vegetables,nuts and legumes and wheat through the day...for time of Ramadaan..I'm a non-Muslim! Want to cleanse out my body in this time,get a nice clear skin and loose a bit of weight...if any one wants to join me,this thread will become a kind of a blog for a month,I think,except if there is a huge response and another suggestion to stay accountable from time to time on how we are doing on our commitments! Any one joining me?
