Hi guys,
My son has an earache & I need to give him a pain killer until I can take him to the doctor in a few hours. I have some Brufen Pediatric Syrup but it doesn't say the dosage anywhere on the bottle or the carton. I gave him 5 ml but he's still in so much pain & I wonder if I gavetoo little.
If anyone knows what the dose is for his age (4) or weight (20 kg. ) pleeeeeeeereerrrase write back

Hi ladies, thanks for your replies. We ended up taking him to emergency at dawn & the correct dosage for his weight was 7.5 ml. By the way BusyBee, what's A&E? a&e is accident and emergency

The dosage for ages 3-7 years is 5mls, 3 to 4 times per day (according to insert from pediatric brufen).

you can alternate between brufen and calpol, i know that for my kids brufen doesnt work in one child to bring down a temp but works in the other. if you are really concerned you can always go to the A&E
