Help needed with getting a maid...
Hello,
I am new to this site so please bear with me if I am rambling on or repeating anything previously discussed.
I have been in AD for 6 months now and am starting work in a couple of weeks. I have a 3 (nearly) year old son and would like to get a full time live in maid to help mainly with the domestic chores. I have a couple of friends who are asking around for me to see if anyone is available and I am actually meeting a phillipino lady on sunday. What I am concerned about is the process of hiring a maid and what is actually involved and needed to be done.
Please, if anyone has any advice of sponsoring a maid (the lady coming on sunday says her current employers will transfer her visa), and advice on the medical insurance we would need to provide, along with details on how often we have to provide her a flight home, that would be much appreciated. Also anything else you think would be helpful would be great :)
