How to sponsor a nanny on Abu Dhabi visa

Hi. My husband and I are both living in Dubai but he has just got a job in Abu Dhabi. We have a lady in the Phillipines who we want to sponsor as a nanny. How do we go about this? My husband is only starting his visa process next week. How long do AD visas take to process approx? Can our Nanny enter the country without sponsorship and then we can sort her documentation? I sm clueless. Thanks in advance x
