hoping for an email or two to come through, I spoke to a few people on the phone today and moaned, and went in person and had a big moan at a guy in one of the branches, saying that they did the free tickets at the Volvo Ocean races to get positive marketing etc, as they took everyones personal data, and as they havent done what they are supposed to have done (i checked when the emails were meant to come out and was told that day so like a long time now) it was having a very negative affect instead....!!!!
