I was wondering...Has anyone been able to find an infant CPR class here in Abu Dhabi? I have been able to find one in Dubai, which I will travel to if I have to, but I would love to find one closer in.

Sounds odd but try one of the larger dive centres like Al Mahara. Dive centres all teach Emergency First Response courses (which cover all aspects of first aid including CPR, it's not diving-related) and they may also teach the specific infant version of the course.
